Daycare

I'm nervous about putting my LO in daycare. We didnt sleep train so she needs a little assistance for naps. How does it usually work with daycare? Do they just put them on a bed and expect them to sleep on their own?? This is my first baby that's why I'm asking! 😅 also how does it usually work with snacks and lunch if they provide, do they spoon feed if needed or expected to be self feeding? TIA
