Phoriosis or however it's spelt lol, definitely starts with a ph. My husband gets these red circular dry looking patches and that's what his doctor said but I would go to a dermatologist

Can you ask for a referral to a dermatologist? I developed eczema recently and went to the doctor 3 times before they referred me. First they said it was poison ivy but it was winter and I knew I had not come into contact with that. Then ring worm or fungus and I freaked out, they gave me an anti fungal and it got so much worst. The dermatologist took a look and prescribed a cream. Within a couple weeks it was all cleared up.
