Have you ever-?

Has anyone (or know anyone) that got bfn on hpt but was positive on a blood test? Ive had 2 negative hpt so far and 1 that was a vvvvvf positive but it was a blue dye so Im not confident in it. I'm now a week late and have been having a lot of symptoms of pregnancy. I just dont know if I should hold out hope that I could be pregnant even though I feel like I am. I'm going to the dr tomorrow for blood work but I just wanted some opinions.
