38 Weeks

Hey everyone ☺️

So for like a week now I have been getting mild cramps, mainly during the evening time, in my lower stomach. They last for a few minutes, stop and start again in an irregular pattern.

**Like I said they’re mild and don’t cause me any concern as baby movements are as active as ever.**

During the cramps, my stomach doesn’t harden or contract so I know it’s obviously not labour and hardening seems to be a tell tale sign of braxton hicks too, so it can’t be that.

I’m just curious as to what it could be? If it’s not labour, is this a sign that baby is coming soon?

Has anyone else experienced this?

I will also be mentioning this at my next midwife appointment this week
