Morning sickness stopped?

Question

Yesterday I noticed that my nausea wasn’t that bad, and today I don’t feel sick. I’m really confused, as I’m 7+6 and have had nausea since 5 weeks. Has this happened to anyone else? 
I’ve had two early miscarriages before, and I can’t help but worry 😞

I had this this morning woke up and thought oh feel fine then ate something and think baby was like nah I don't think so 🤣🤣🤣 and was back to feeling terrible again 🙃

Same with me! No spotting or anything but I’m still confused even though it’s my second pregnancy.. this first trimester is stressful af!

I felt a lot better when I hit week 8, too. It’s all good!
