Freaking out!!! Please help!!!

I had a MC last year Aug after trying for almost 3 years due to PCOS and endo with fertility treatments. I found out Wednesday that I'm pregnant after our 4th IUI since the loss. My beta was 66 and went for another Friday and doc said they doubled. Since around 10dpo I've had tender breasts. This morning I woke up and they feel completely fine. Other than being tired every now and again, this is the only symptom I've had and now it's gone. I'm also on progesterone supplements, 400mg/day. I peed on a stick but only with a 3h hold and urine was quite a bit diluted, and the test was very light. It's been the first test I peed on this pregnancy. Has anyone gone through this and everything was okay? I really want my rainbow to be okay. I've been crying all morning not knowing what to do. I've messaged my doc to see if we can so another blood test tomorrow. I'm hoping she replies soon. I'm really scared and need some reassurance.
