heavy bleeding..this isnt normal for me. can someone help?

so i just recently stopped birth control. iv been off of it for a whole year now. my period has been light and i would barely get it. it started to get normal after a while. (me and my bf have been having unprotected sex this whole time tho) the last two months its been normal but this month “August” its been diff. i had gotten my period earlier this month. from like the 2nd-10th. then i got off and it came back. this was like a day after said ovulation day. which was like the 17th. its been on ever since and getting heavier and wayy worse. i can barely stand up and wipe without blood falling out my vagina. what’s happening? who can help me.
