Lump in vagina.

My periods “due” in 8 days, quotations Bc it’s never on time lol. Anyways in the shower the other day I noticed my right side inside like next to my clit kinda it was sensitive I mean like pain if I touched to hard, I didn’t think anything of it I figured it was fine. Well last night I touched it again & it hurt very badly worse then the other day and I feel a lump under my skin idk what to do. Asking if people had anything similar? I can’t really go to a gyno at the moment I move in a week & don’t have a gyno here anyways. I figured to call my dr tmmr but he’s a man and I have a feeling he’s just gonna try and refer me but I literally cannot I’m leaving the country next week so I know it’s gonna be hectic to even get a doctor right away once I get there (military here) just I’m scared of what it could be. I’m hoping it’s nothing major and it’ll go away on its own that’s why I’m tryna see if anyone had something similar.

-cannot be stds or anything I haven’t had sex in a year- could it be a masturbatuon injury? Lol is that even possible?!
