Is NyQuil safe while pregnant?

Question

I've been feeling flu like symptoms all day. Typically I take DayQuil/NyQuil and Vitamin C. I don't think I can take any additional vitamin c because of the prenatal and I don't know if the cough suppressant and other ingredients are safe while pregnant. Opinions?
The ingredients are
Acetaminophen 
Dexteomethorphan HBr
And Doxylamine

DayQuil/ny is safe my doctor recommended that to me since I had a cold

I'd probably stick to unisom tabs or benadryl since those are unanimously okay by docs.

As long as they're alcohol free, they should be okay. But every doc is different, so I'd still ask to be sure. :)

I was told by my nurse only Tylenol ... I don't like taking meds but I get really bad colds and migraines and that's what she recommended .

Following i believe it is but im waiting for the phone call from ob to ok it.  I do know for sure that benadryl and unisom and Tylenol pm is all safe according to my doctor

These are 2 lists I stole off of this site since I haven't got o e. Helpful so far to have 2 opinions from 2 different doctors than just one.
