Hi ladies. Going to try and keep this as short as possible, but looking for any and all advice, similar experiences, etc. debating on next steps and if I should look for a new fertility dr for a second opinion.

Some back story: I had a chemical pregnancy and early miscarriage in my early 20s before conceiving my son. He’s almost 4 now. No issues during that pregnancy. We’ve now been trying for 2 years for #2 with no luck. In that time we’ve had 1 chemical pregnancy and nothing else. No other positive pregnancy tests. I did some testing with my OB after s year and then moved in to my fertility specialist in November of 2020. All tests, labs, and procedures came back fine. All hormone levels were good (except progesterone), tubes were open, SA was great. All is good except for a 10 cm cyst. Ended up doing a laparoscopy to remove the endometrioma and stage 3/4 endo according to my doctor. Everything was supposedly removed and was cleared to try. I got pregnant 6 weeks after my surgery but ended in a chemical. Since then nothing. The office kept telling me to try naturally for 6 months bc they believed I could get pregnant on my own. We continued to monitor progesterone to ensure ovulation. My numbers over the last few months were: 13, 11, 7, 13, 4, 6. Needless to say my numbers look low and barely ovulatory. The nurses admit they’re low but don’t act too concerned. Finally went the 6 months and went for a baseline ultrasound and was going to finally start letrozole last cycle only to find out I have another cysts on the same ovary! Doctor told me to wait a month and to come back to see what happens. I’m just so tired of being told to wait and see or try naturally. Been seeing a specialist since November and just do not feel like I’m moving forward at all. I know infertility sucks and there’s a lot of waiting involved but there has to be something I can do to continue right? Sorry for the long post I’m just looking for any and all advice. What would you do? Fine a new dr? Give it more time? Any similar experiences? Thank you ❤️
