Am I wrong for being upset?

My boyfriend usually has 3 days off a week and this week he only has 1 days off, today. He called me up at 2pm and said if we were going to see each other and I said let's wait for it to get a bit cooler. We were having a fun conversation, laughing and all and out of nowhere his tone changed and he said "I have to go! Call you back"

It's already 6:22 pm. Hasn't called back. I just called to ask if we were going to see each other. My call went straight to voice-mail twice. I got mad because supposedly he was going home and his phone was charging so I know it didn't die. I've been having a feeling he's cheating because he's been acting distant but I could never prove anything.

I couldn't control myself and I sent him a msg saying "blocked my calls? Impressive"

He replied "what's wrong with you? I'm in ikea. There's no signal here."

He's at ikea with his friend! Earlier he was hanging with another friend. He hung up on me to go answer his friend 😒. He was suppose to come to my house around 5pm and no call no show. His fucking friends are more important

We literally just got back from a break because he kept putting his friends as priority and not making me feel loved. He said I was too crazy and sensitive. He promised he was going to change and he's still doing the same thing!

For everybody saying I told him no. He agreed it was too hot to be outside and preferred to be home in the a.c. He agreed we should see each other around 5. It's about to be 8 and I still hasn't contacted me to see each other.
