Mucus plug ?

So I definitely lost my mucus plug this am. It was super thick and had streaks of blood in it. I had a very uncomfortable night and couldn’t sleep all night. Feeling lots of Braxton Hicks and so much pressure . This is my 4th baby. I have never lost mine before. Just curious for those who have other kids did labor happen soon after? I am 35 weeks.. I read online could be 24 hours or two weeks lol not very helpful. Is this something I should tell me dr about?

You can definitely mention it to your doctor, however losing your mucus plug doesn’t necessarily mean anything. It can regenerate on its own, so it’s not really indicative of labor coming soon. Yes, some people go into labor soon after, but others don’t. Like I said, it doesn’t really mean much! Unless your water breaks or you start having consistent contractions!

Because it had blood I’d say maybe mention it. With my first I didn’t lose mine till I was in labor and it had red blood. My second I lost it about 2/3 days before I went into labor and it was brownish.

Since it had blood in it I would call your ob! I lost my mucus plug with my first and it meant nothing! With my second I lost it at 1030am and it had blood in it (bloody show)..contractions started at 5pm and baby was born at 129am the next morning!

Yes tell your dr for sure. 
With my second, I lost a large portion of mine at 35+3 and my water broke at 35+5
