1 year old tantrums

Recently my almost 1 year old son started screaming and crying like someone is cutting him into pieces when being put into car seat or stroller or high chair. He would arch his back, stand on the seat, and not let anyone sit him down…. Every time it’s a battle. Anyone else’s kid is the same way? I understand he wants to control what he does but how to deal with it??! I give him a toy or car keys to distract but it doesn’t work - he’d stand in his car seat and play with the keys 🙄

Same with diaper changes ..
