I had a previous miscarriage, but that was at 6 weeks. So every pain I get makes me worry so much.

Yepp! At the end of a healthy pregnancy, you will find that almost every pain, ache, and discomfort you felt during your pregnancy was super normal and not worth fretting over. It certainly direct stop us from doing so though!
The main things that you want to look out for is more severe pain and moderate to heavy bleeding. 
But if you get a feeling of dread that something is *wrong* then trust that feeling and call your doctor

They can be, your uterus has to grow and that will cause some cramps. If they are severe, go in. If they are mild, try just taking it easy for a bit, lay down if you can and you can always call to ask questions.
