Talking to someone with kids ?

I have been talking to someone with kids and we have been having sex as well. Anyways he said that him and his babymomma would never get back together and hes on child support. He said that he talks to the baby momas mom instead of her for kids visitation and stuff. But the other day we were talking and he said oh my babymoma came the other day and i bought her some shoes. I acted like i didnt hear but what would you do ? I have a feeling they still mess around. And i asked him do you still love her ? And he said no i just treat her good.
