Baby sleeping stretch a little longer?

How old was your baby when they started sleeping longer then 3 hours at night… this momma is wore out and we’re only 5 weeks in lol.

My little girl is 5 weeks and we get one nap  that is usually 4 hours and one sleep stretch at night that is 4-5 hours then she will sleep 2-3 hours a time at night.  I can not get her to sleep for two stretches of 4 hours at night yet.

At 3 weeks my doctor said baby can sleep up to 5 hours at night because she has gained lots of weight and eats really well. BUT when I tried this for a few nights I have gotten so engorged and now I have mastitis. For me it was not worth the extra 2 hours of sleep and I won't be doing this again until she is older and my milk is regulated.

My first started sleeping through at 5 weeks this guy wakes up once or twice . Longest stretch being 6 hours sometimes

All babies are dif my first sleep like 3-4 hour stretches around 4weeks my 2nd is doing 4 hour stretches and he’s only a week old

Some nights she sleeps in longer stretches, some nights she doesn't. She's a month old.

We moved her into crib in her own room after 2 weeks and she instantly started sleeping longer.  A week later and she slept through the night.  Not going to lie was very surprised by that and realize it’s not the norm for their age.
