Should i call the hospital? 41w today

Hi ladies. I have my induction scheduled for 4pm today. On Thursday, I lost my mucus plug and it had some blood. Last night, I lost more and had loose stool. I couldn’t sleep for more than a few minutes at a time overnight because I have what I believe are contractions. They are consistent and not stopping. Although they are painful like a period, I’m not in agony yet and I can still stay still on my side. My water hasn’t broken yet and I don’t want to go to the hospital and be turned back. I also don’t want to labor at home and be too late for the epidural. I’ve been tracking the contractions and this is what they look like. Is it worth going to the hospital? Thanks
