More tired...?
My second child is turning 1 soon, she has always woken multiple times a night, I'm talking like 5 times, it's been crazy lol. Finally, she has been waking twice, 3 tops, and I can tell my sleep deprived body is getting some extra shut eye, but I'm feeling WORSE throughout the day. I'm waking better, but I'm crashing harder than I was when she was sleeping like shit... what gives?
Is it the body/mind catching up, and the body is finally able to enter deeper sleep? Just curious as to why I am feeling more tired, come 3pm I'm very irritable, yawning non stop, just want to hit the hay, which did happen before, just now it is WORSE. I didn't even think it could get worse, but here we are!
Any insight, or advice on what I could do to not feel worse with more sleep? (And no, I'm not getting too much sleep lol, I'm just getting longer stretches rather than short bursts)
