Is it normal for my 20 month old to have a nose bleed? She has had a runny nose for a few days!

My little one keeps waking up with blood crusted under her nose and today she had a full blown nose bleed. She is only one. None of my other children ever had nose bleeds this young, but when I looked it up it said that it can be normal especially if the sinus cavity is irritated! Has anyone else dealt with this? Should she be seen by a doctor? I don’t want to take her in for just anything because of COVID. But I also don’t want to ignore it and it be something serious!
