Spotting while taking the pill continuously?

Hi! I’ve been taking Vyfemla (combination) pill continuously for about 2 years now, and I’ve been taking birth control pills for the past 5 years. For the past few months, I’ve been spotting a lot more than usual, and it’s been lasting for about 4 days at a time. Some of the blood is darker/brown, but some is bright red. I’ve also been having cramps with the spotting. Is this normal? I haven’t been sexually active since before COVID, so it definitely isn’t pregnancy.
