Should I be worried?

I’ve been on birth control for more than a year now, however I rarely rely on it alone because it makes me nervous. I got my period about a week ago and I started back up on my birth control probably on the 5th or 6th day of my period, and its been about 5 days since i started taking the pill again. My boyfriend accidentally came in me this morning and although I feel like I should be fine, I’m still nervous. Should I take a plan B?

(Just worried because they say BC takes about 7 days to be perfectly effective)
