HELP !!! #TMI

I recently got a soft, purpleish, very painful lump by the crease of my stomach right where my pants would sit. At first I thought it was a very bad ingrown. I’ve just been applying vapor rub on it. It’s now been about 3 days and the entire area of skin surrounding the lump has swelled up very badly, and the lump is still the same size right in the center. I’ve never seen anything like this before in my entire life. I’ve googled just about everything at this point and I cannot find anything online that comes remotely close to what this is. I am very worried. Does anyone know what this can possibly be?
