Why are women like that

I started a new job, and I swear the women are so petty and childish like damn. This one nurse hasn’t spoke to words to me this whole 12 hour shift. The she left a door close on me while I was walking through same door and yes she knew I was behind her. Then someone asked me if I had kids I said yes one girl who is one and the nurse comment was “ so you leave your child for 12 hours at night ( it’s a 7pm-7am shift)” I said well yes it’s 3 days a week and I get to see her all day and kiss her goodnight since her bedtime is 7:30 and I get to see her when she wakes in the AM. This lady then says oh that’s weird. I just walked away she has literally been nasty towards me since I started here like damn and that was like a week ago. She has such a gross attitude I don’t get it.
