What should I think

Ok so my soon to be husband also the father of my kids had a problem with his eye for the last few days. He kept saying he was going to go to the hospital to get it checked out but never did. Well he decided to tonight after work. It was 1am when he would've gotten there. I expected a text saying how busy or not they was. Didn't get one so I waited then asked after an hour of he's back in a room nothing hour and a half I messaged him saying our youngest is going to sleep with me because he woke up just so he would know when he came in. He never responded. I was another hour and still nothing I decided to call and his phone is off. He took a charger so I know it didn't die. My mind goes straight to he's got to be cheating. His whole attitude has changed the last few days. I even mentioned it to him. I figured it was stress because we just found out we're expecting our 3rd together. He has a 17 year old , we have a 2 year old and a 10 month old. We have so much coming up that money will be going out plus our wedding next August baby due in May it's just alot but this phone off crap has only happened when he was doing something he shouldn't. what would you think if you was me. Am I wrong for snapping on him when he gets home.
