Is my sister avoiding responsibility for giving me and my son covid ?

I'm unvaccinated and was waiting to get vaccinated a week ago.

My symptoms started on 3rd September.

My sister saw me unexpectedly after she had got her nails done on Tuesday 24th which is NOW technically 14 days ago however it was less when I got my symptoms.

So a week after she saw me and my son , that Sunday my son started feeling sick and I was planning on getting vaccinated that Wednesday and she said she would take me. She rang me up the day before to tell me that her nail technician has been tested positive with covid. She said that her nail technician looked after her grandchild while her daughter had covid and got it from them and she took lateral flow tests which showed a faint positive but kept working anyway and now it is positive. My sister said " oh I feel fine its upto you if you feel comfortable" I said " you're asking me, if it's okay for you to come round knowing you've been exposed to someone with covid. No im not okay with it." She tried downplaying it and lied saying " I wore a face mask " my sister never wears a face mask now she always wears a lanyard saying she's exept which she isn't.

She continued to work after being exposed to covid and without a face mask. Got my son sick but his symptoms to me didn't make me think at first that that's what it was. It wasn't until I then got it on Saturday that it was really bad and something didn't feel right, I got a pcr sent off and my lateral flow test immediately showed positive.

I rang and told my sister that she needs to take her pcr test as I've got covid and she gave it to me and jake (my son). She then said sorry but was playing it off saying saying took 2 lateral flow test 4 days after and was fine. I told her a pcr test is more accurate and she needs to tell everyone she's been in contact with these last 14 days to get tested , which..... she isn't. She said " the damage is done "

While I'm saying how rubbish I feel I'm group chat my sister then says " on a positive note atleast the vaccine works " this annoyed me I said " the vaccine still gives symptoms if you catch covid it's just mild ones, you didn't have any you were the carrier youre asymptomatic"

She then said she told people at work that I have covid but said its okay because she was last with me 14 days ago. I told her not to down play it and to tell them that SHE gave it to ME and continued working that same and following week mask free.

She is more into not losing out on work than anyone else's health. I have nagged at her to take the pcr test as everyone else has now taken one in our family who has been in contact with her.

She then turned around and said " ugh you should of had the vaccine " I said " no that's not the point I was waiting to get it done at the right time , as I'd arranged to go to the walk in appointment and now I'm sick ,I said she had to be careful because my son can still get sick"

I'm so annoyed it's unreal
