Clomid round 1- 8 days late!!!

Been trying for over a year to conceive. Just finished round 1 of clomid prescribed by my doctor and am now 8 days late for my period. I keep track of everything and if I am indeed pregnant, I would only be about 3 weeks and too early to get a positive result on at home pregnancy test. Not only am I late but I feel much more tired than normal, have sore, achey breasts with twinkly type sensations in my boobs and also in my stomach. Super bloated feeling. and cramping but not like normal cramping. Normally I have super bad cramps for a day or two and then my period but right now it’s like every other day I have cramping low in my stomach and lower back. I do know clomid can lengthen your cycle but from what I’m reading, it can be 2-5 days I haven’t read anything about being a full 8 days late. I did ovulate and we did have sex three times all on the right days while ovulating. Does anyone else have experience with taking clomid, being this late and it NOT being pregnancy?? Or did it end up as pregnancy? I just took a blood test at my doctors but won’t know results until Friday! I’m so anxious to know and scared it will be another negative but hopeful since I’ve never been this late before.
