TTC TIPS???

Hello everyone, so my S/O and I decided to start our TTC journey this month. I’m super excited and yet I’m super nervous. Does anyone have any good TTC tips for some beginners?

Do you know much about your cycle? I didn't fully understand my cycle til I was actually trying to get pregnant.  (I was like 27.😅) but using the ovulation test helped me pen point the best time for baby dancing. Make sure you are taking folic acid so you have it built up for baby. Make sure you get some exercise in and eat as healthy as you can. Treat your body like its already pregnant.  Good luck hon I wish you the best baby dust! 
Tip: not everyone gets it right the first few months, even me a mom of 4 and 3 angels on average it takes me 6 months to get pregnant.  It takes some people 6 months to a year so if it doesn't happen right away try not to take it hard. Its not you. Also Remember to have fun! Making the baby is the best part. 😂🤣

Deffo get to know your body and your cycles, use ovulation strips so you can time baby dancing correctly😂 Try not to symptom spot every month it can drive you insane!!! (Easier said than done) and really try not to get disheartened if it doesn’t happen straight away it can take healthy couples up to a year to conceive and sometimes longer! But most of all just have fun with it and enjoy the journey! I wish you the best💗💙
