AF 4 days late…but 3 negative tests…anyone else??

My period is usually right on time and this month I’m 4 days late. Definitely out of the ordinary for me!! I did an at home opk and had a peak day but 3-4 days later had egg white consistency CM which struck me as very odd. My husband and I only had Sex one time like 4 days prior to my peak day too. I have been having mild cramping on and off for 3 days now. No sore boobs or any other symptoms. I was diagnosed with fibroids a year or 2 ago but haven’t had many side effects from it lately…I’m so confused!!! I read sometimes in early pregnancy you can have a false negative but I’m also reading in other places that’s unlikely after 4 days of a missed period. Has this happened to anyone else?
