Positive test confusion

Ok so my last period was July 27th. Me an SO had sex the 6th of aug. Missed my period Aug 25th took test showed negative waited took another the 31st still negative.. figured ok just my endometriosis that is causing the missed period. Fast track to this morning. My body felt off nasuea I've been on amoxicillin for week now for ear infection. But for the fun of it said well I'm test an this one is a solid very dark positive test. So I'm confused. My SO an I haven't had sex since the 6th of Aug. Due to some very sever vaginal an pelvic pain. Felt like I was being stabbed. I've had cyst before an felt the same last Friday I felt like one had ruptured on me had a gush of water with pinkish color. . I have a Dr appointment Monday morning..but wanted to see if any of you wonderful lady's have had this or know if I should worry. We have 5 beautiful babies already. Baby days was out of my mind for a while now. And with this crazy pandemic they wouldn't do any kinda surgeries here unless it was medical nessaccery. So I didn't get my hysdirectomy.
