What do I do

Long story short the person I’ve been seeing has been working away in Manchester for the past month.

He’s come back today and connected to my Bluetooth car audio and a girls name come up in his contacts with Manchester written next to it.

Do I confront him about it or see how it goes?!?! it’s like he’s never left..and he said he missed me and everything else or am I just really overthinking it right now😤
