My boyfriend got a septum piercing 4 months ago and finally decided to change his jewelry. He accidentally dropped the little ball and spent an hour looking for it. Finally he gave up but when he tried to put his new ring his nose closed. He ended up screaming into a pillow. I just patted his head lol
