BBT Low
Does anyone else have really low bbt?
I am extremely healthy and just don't understand why my body temperature is consistently 94.5-96.0 max.
My thermometer is brand new and my husband has taken his temperature to make sure it's calibrated properly (he's always 98).
I take it the same time every day upon waking up, am 5'7" 125 pounds, 7% body fat, eat great, exercise and just concerns me a bit.
