He has an appointment this Friday and I’ll ask then; but I was wondering, a lot of people say feed baby what you eat but smaller. We’re coming off purées, he’s had solid banana and this morning he tried softened carrot. He’s also tried mashed potato’s. I have cereal for breakfast or lunch, whenever I feel like eating, so that’s not really an option. I need to start giving him a set breakfast and lunch, but I don’t really know what else to feed him. I know I can soften like sweet potatoes and feed him those, but other than that I’m out of ideas. We usually have pasta or rice with a meat in it for dinner. I don’t know if he is okay to have pasta yet and I have not given him meat yet, I don’t know if he could even eat that? I need help..please.
