Bedtime Wake Window
How long is your toddler up from their nap before going to bed? Right now my daughter has a 5 hour wake window between nap and bedtime but she’s really fighting falling asleep at bedtime, even though she’s giving sleepy cues. She will cry on and off for like 30 mins. If I push her bedtime back, she’s not going to bed until like 9 or later. I’m just wondering if I need to start waking her earlier so that we can get a longer wake window before bed.
