11 weeks pregnant!! Concert?

In a couple days I’m going to a heavy metal concert, and we have to stand the whole time it’s from 6pm to 11pm and since it’s heavy metal I’m most likely gonna be screaming and yelling is this ok while I’m 11 weeks pregnant I’m not gonna scream to the point where I’ll lose my voice or anything like that but I’m worried about the standing that long and the yelling and loud music will this be fine?
