Starting cardio barre while ttc?
Currently TTC and trying to figure out the line between not enough and too much exercise 🥴. I am a normal weight for my height and just started taking barre classes about a week and a half ago. Regular barre 2 days a week for an hour each and cardio barre 2 days a week for an hour each. Not worried about the regular barre class, but the cardio barre class is HARD and there’s some jumping involved. I just ovulated a few days ago and don’t want this to negatively affect implantation. Again, I just started working out a few weeks ago so it’s not something I’m really used to yet. Do you think it’s okay to continue going to the cardio barre class or should I hold off on that one for a bit?
