Please Help

Hello. I just have a TMI question. I was raised by my grandfather and didn’t/don’t really have any women to talk to so I don’t know much about trying to get pregnant. What to look for while ovulating and what not. But my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since around February and it’s been hit or miss considering he’s a truck driver.

I guess my question is: what is this? I just got don’t using the bathroom and found this when I was done.
