Slightly elevated temp in 4 week old

My baby is 4 weeks old today and the past couple of days has been so fussy, and won't stop crying unless I nurse him. I started to worry a little bit and took his temp, it was 99 degrees f. Normally he's 98.5. I know this technically is not a fever and barely above his normal temp, but I can't help but worry a little bit.

I'm also feeling so guilty because I brought him around some family members, including little kids between ages 3 and 11. They didn't hold him but they got a little too close for my comfort. I now regret bringing him around them knowing they could be carrying germs.

My husband's grandfathers funeral is tomorrow, and we were planning going, but now I'm a little paranoid and not sure if I should really being him around a large group of people. It's just family, but it's a big family, and the funeral is indoors. I'm not sure it's a good idea, but I know my husband's family would be super disappointed if I don't bring him.
