Hemorrhoids

In 2019, I was pregnant with my second daughter and I got a hemorrhoid but it was very tiny and wasn’t causing me any pain at the time but I was using the cream and the pads to help get rid of it. But it didn’t when I gave birth. Then I gave birth and it was causing me pain so I was still using it. Then the pain went away and it did shrink but not completely. I tried so many times to get rid of it but it never did. Well, I ended up pregnant a few days before I gave birth it got so much bigger and I was using the pads and cream but after I gave birth it got even bigger and I ended up with another one. Well, I was using cooling spray, cream and the pads and it went away completely. I’m just confused why it took forever to go away the first time after I tried so many times, bought so many products and this time I was using the same products and everything and it went away so much quicker. I’m happy about it but just curious lol.
