Vasectomy

I’m kinda super irritated. My bf is older than me n I’m currently pregnant. This wasn’t planned it just happened. Well, he made a joke about getting me a gallon of birth control for Christmas. But I really really hate birth control. It fucks me up. I asked him if he wanted more kids n he got defensive n was like I’m 44! N I said all I really needed was a yes or no. N he madly said no! (That part did hurt a little but I knew that he wouldn’t want more so that’s that.) then I said well if u are the one who doesn’t want more kids then why don’t u get a vasectomy? (I wasn’t being rude I was simply just asking). He got really mad at me n came up with every excuse in the book. Then said well it’s a lot easier if u just take birth control! N one of the things he said was that that procedure sounds like it’ll just lead to cancer. N I held my tongue but almost said well I smoke a pack a day so lung cancer ur obviously ok with getting. But I didn’t said it. But I’m so mad that A. He turned something that I was just trying to have an adult conversation and went all childish.

B. He knows I have a bunch of issues with birth control. But me putting chemicals in my body every day is “easier”. 🤬
