Spotting/light period 2 weeks long

This is super strange. So I stopped breast feeding a few months ago and had one period and then 49 days till the next one. Then this cycle I started spotting about cd 55 but it has just been brown spotting. Only need a panty liner. Had that for a week then it stopped for 2 days and now it’s back again for another five days so far with no end in sight. Sometimes it’s just brown but I noticed that after I poop it’s like rusty red and flows for about 30 mins then right back to brown spotting. Idk what is going on? I do have pcos but I’ve never had this happen in the past. I’m not pregnant I’ve taken several tests and haven’t had sex in over 2 weeks now cause of this spotting. Any insight?
