Fucking roaches

I don’t know where else to put this shit. Me and my family moved 18 hours away from home and rented in some towers. We stay in Richmond Virginia. The roaches are terrible. I came from a house with literally zero roaches then to this shit. The picture I’m posting is just one out of five of the sticky pads I put down. Also the washing machines and dryers don’t work (maybe about 4 of them but none of them have a ducking sign what so ever and it’s someone on my floor with a dog that keeps pissing by the elevator 😡 I’ve had orkin come out which is a exterminator and they have had their own pest control come out and the pads were put down after that shit like a week after. It didn’t help none man. I’m so upset help me what can I do

I’m in an apartment that has 21 floors. Will I be responsible for the lease if I break it?
