My husband isn’t giving me any attention

In all fairness we have a 8 month old baby. But my husband isn’t giving me any attention. He isn’t working due to being laid off from COVID so he’s home all day. Also we aren’t having sex and not intimate at all. Most of the day he spends working on his side business and playing with the baby. When I bring it up to him we need to spend time together he puts it on me . He says we’ll come in the living room and watch a movie & I’m like come hang out in our bedroom so we can lay together he doesn’t want to do that. He continues to put it on me and make it my fault. I feel like we are roommates especially since I am also the one paying all the bills since he has no income right now. I don’t know what to do, but I’m sick of him making me accountable for things when it’s both of us, I am ashamed to tell anyone because it’s embarrassing. I’m paying all the bills, I get no affection or attention and I have a whole husband 😢.
