uti or paranoid

so me and my bf had sex a bit rough and I always pee after. sometimes afterwards it’ll hurt to pee but I’ve heard this is normal after the sex being a bit intense. however it’s been 2 days and it still is uncomfortable to pee, could it be a uti? or will it just go away eventually. we used a condom too if that helps. I’ve had one before and my pee had a bit of blood and until now I haven’t experienced that. I thought it was just lack of lubrication or does it sound more like a uti?
