Help with teenager!

Hey everyone.

I’m losing my mind! I need some advice , tips, recommendations, something !!

My teenager who is turning 14 tomorrow literally changed overnight. 🥺😫. I don’t know why but one morning she is happy and another morning she is completely miserable! I hug her kiss her try to talk to her but she won’t say a word. She’s in her room all day ! Literally. Only comes down to eat. I don’t know what to do. I just feel extreme anxiety and sick to my stomach worried. She’s my first teen and everything is new to me. I can go on..

Anyway. Help 😭😫.
