Did he hallucinate or have bad dream? Plz help

My husband wakes me up at 5 in the morning. He’s in the bed sitting up next to me saying “who were you just texting?” and he’s holding my phone. I’m confused as hell cuz I was sleeping good (we had just had sex b4 going to bed the night b4) Anyway I say “what do you mean, I was not texting I was sleeping, and dreaming sweetly too before you woke me up”. He is visibly upset and won’t believe me. The more I tell him I wasn’t texting the more upset he is I guess. When I asked what he was talking about he went silent and ignore every question. He didn’t want me to touch him. He starts getting ready for work and even though I don’t get up until 8:30am for work, I get out of bed to continually ask what’s going on here because I’m legitimately confused and now a little bothered cuz he woke me up for what seems like no reason other than to be confused and ignored. I stood in front of the bathroom door way and wouldn’t move till he explained so he physically moved me himself. B4 he left I said I deserve to know why you are so upset with me. He was going on saying “I’m done I’m done” we haven’t been married for a whole year let y’all. Finally he says cryptically something about loyalty. With that answer, I unlocked the front door and let him go to work because I know I’m not cheating on him 🤦🏾‍♀️. Just now he calls me from work asking what happened this morning 😳 says he SAW me texting someone and asked what time I went to bed. I went to bed b4 or at the same time as him! I’m DUMBFOUNDED 😧. I slept like a baby on a cloud I didn’t even touch my phone but he swears he saw me. I have never cheated. He doesn’t drink or do drugs and we had such a good night and sweet pillow talk.
