Ttc advice/help

Hello beautiful ladies!

So my fiance and i have been trying for a few months now and nothing has happened so far.

A little back ground: im in my 20s, regular monthly periods, no pcos, endometriosis etc., having sex pretty regulary (trying every second day for the most part but that does get hard to maintain at times).

Anyway, i decided to try some different avenues as its only been a few months so i went and saw a naturopath to help my concieve and they have given my inositol (they said its helped many women ttc) and have reccomend my partner take zinc to helo his swimmers be stronger.

I have decided this month to start opk tracking and basal temp checks as i have never done that before. Has that made a difference for those ttc, as in did you not do it before and once you did you were successful?

Any other tips or tricks up your hands in helping to ttc?

Trying to stay calm and also have fun with it but it is becoming such a sad time every month.
