TTC after 3 pregnancy losses

Hi ladies.

I’m stuck… I want our healthy rainbow baby 🤍🌈

I’m getting married Friday but I can’t help but feel down that we can’t make our baby at the end of the night. I’ve been bleeding from a chemical pregnancy back in June 2021.

We just saw a specialist and didn’t get much answers.

I have not had a regular period since January 2021 when I had my second pregnancy loss. I ask my doctor and she just tells me “is takes time for your body to get back on track” but my first pregnancy loss wasn’t nearly this long and I lost that at pregnancy later than these other two.

First miscarriage was at 8 almost 9 weeks (passed w/pills)

Second miscarriage was at 6 weeks (passed naturally)

Third miscarriage was I like 3 or 4 weeks (chemical pregnancy & passed naturally)

Is it possible to develop pcos or any infertility diagnosis over time?
