3 month old standing

Is it bad to hold your baby in a standing position? My little one loves to either be sitting or up on his feet (supported of course). He hates tummy time or floor time although we do do that a lot with him since I know it’s good for his development. I was just doing some research and everything I’ve read said that they shouldn’t be sitting or standing until they can get into those positions themselves. So first time mom guilt over here worrying if I harmed my baby with all the face to face supported sitting we have been doing
