Overwhelming TTC

My man and I have been tryna conceive for the past 4 years and it doesn’t help that we’ve been doing long distance off and on and I’m beginning to think I can’t conceive anymore. My doc said my Pap smear checks out as normal. Idk what I’m doing wrong. I have normal ass periods (30-31) day cycle. I get them on time every single month but I guess there’s a new thing called secondary infertility. I’ve conceived twice in the past before. One aborted when I was super young and had my daughter at age 20 or 21 ish. My man also has a daughter about the same age as mines.. Doc doesn’t seem to find anything wrong and tells me we haven’t tried consistently for a whole exact year yet. So frustrating cause I just wanna get to the finish line already. I feel so overwhelmed I just wanna cry.. 🤧
